A mixed ability Reformer class designed to meet you where you are -and take you further. This session focuses on alignment, control, and full-body strength, with layered options for every level.

Exhale & Burn

Exhale & Burn is a faster-paced Pilates workout designed to build strength & muscle with heavier spring loads and minimal rest. This class blends traditional Reformer exercises with dynamic, flowing sequences and minimal rest.

You'll experience a total-body workout that targets core stability & muscle tone, all while maintaining the precision and alignment principles of classical Pilates.

​

Burn Reformer is ideal for clients looking to challenge themselves, fatigue the muscles, and feel strong from head to toe. Suitable for all levels.

Turn up the intensity with this cardio fuelled Reformer workout using the Jump board.

Exhale & Flow

Exhale and Flow is a low impact, athletic Reformer Pilates class built for all abilities - no matter where you are on your Reformer journey.

 

This full body session focuses on strength, control, endurance whilst combining classic pilates principles with powerful functional movement. With progressions and regressions offered throughout, expect spicy!!

You'll sweat, shake and sculpt your way through this spicy session to achieve a stronger more aligned body.

Ex:Men

EX:MEN is a dynamic Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for men who want to improve core stability, mobility, and total-body strength. Exhale & Baby

A gentle, postnatal-friendly class designed for mums with babies in tow, delivered by our fully experienced and qualified Pre & post natal instructor.

This class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and releasing tension - all in a calm, supportive environment where your baby can be close by. You'll move at your own pace, with modifications offered throughout to suit your recovery and energy levels.

No pressure, no expectations - just mindful movement, connection, and space to breathe. Whether you're six weeks or six months postpartum, you're welcome here.

Babies can be in a car seat, pram, or on a mat next to you - whatever feels right for you both. NON WALKING BABIES
